Hybrid meetings are meetings that require a connection between people on-line (virtually) with others located at a traditional space (physically) - like a board room, court room, municipality or live conference.

Why would that represent a problem? Didn't everyone do that during the COVID19 lock downs?

No. we were largely isolated from each other and not together in the same room which often creates audio conflicts if not manged correctly.

This is generally not an issue when the in-room participants join from a professionally integrated board room designed specifically for professional communications using professional equipment for example.
